Celebrate Winter at the Sleigh & Cutter Festival
and Vendor Boutique at the Barn in Dunvilla Feb. 13
Fargo, ND, Jan. 14, 2016 – Come out to enjoy the fun of watching a step back in time to a day where sleighs were an important mode of transportation across the prairies.
Members of the Midwest Harness Club and Red River Harness Club invite you to enjoy the majesty of horses, ponies, mules and donkeys, pulling sleighs, cutters, and bobsleds at
the 2nd annual Sleigh & Cutter Festival at 9 a.m. February 13, 2016 at the Barn in Dunvilla, 48203 Highway 59 in Pelican Rapids, Minn. A vendor boutique inside the Barn will be an added feature to this year’s event. 
Organizer Christy Bjorgan (left) expects this year’s event will be larger and better. “We are hoping this will grow bigger each year with teamsters coming from all over MN and ND. We would like to have more events for families to do like building ice castles, snow shoeing and cross country skiing. The Dunvilla Barn is a great location to hold this event.”
“I’m so excited to watch and talk to the amazing horses,“ commented Barn owner, Linda Grefsrud. “Last year’s event was so much fun! The Boutique will feature vendors with unique, repurposed, vintage and fun products. It‘s a perfect time to shop for the special someone for Valentine‘s Day.”
