Minnesota Crookston receives team sportsmanship award from NCEA
The 2023 award was presented to the Golden Eagles for how polite and supportive they were throughout the year.
The Minnesota Crookston equestrian team was chosen as the 2023 NCEA Team Sportsmanship winner. The annual award is a coveted honor that reflects on the outstanding nature of collegiate equestrian athletes and the respective programs.
“We really appreciated their commitment to good sportsmanship during the ECAC Conference Championship as well. They were there all day, every day, cheering on all of the teams, helping with responsibilities like moving jumps, changing the scoreboard, etc. always with a smile and kind words of encouragement.”
