LUBBOCK, Texas – The University of Minnesota Crookston Western Equestrian squad had three student-athletes compete at the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) Western Semifinals Friday, March 18-Sunday, March 21 in Lubbock, Texas.
In Ranch Riding, Tristyn Bair (Sr., Winnebago, Minn.) took fifth for the Golden Eagles. In Level II Horsemanship, Beatrice Streifel (Sr., Hawley, Minn.) placed seventh. In Open Reining, April Klecker (Sr., Amboy, Minn.) took honorable mention.
UMN Crookston’s western and jump seat disciplines will compete in the ECAC Championships Thursday, March 24-Saturday, March 26 in Dover, Del.
