-It is a great privilege for us which highlights years of our efforts and is  an excellent chance for promotion of Strzegom and Poland on international arena. During the Championships we plan to organize unique          town promoting the Strzegom culture, folklore, monuments but most of all our greatest treasure- Strzegom Granite- said Zbigniew Suchyta the mere of Strzegom.

-European Championships mean a huge organization challenge. We need to provide the best standards for horses and riders. To fulfill the requirements, two large investments have been done on Strzegom Hippodrome in last two years. The footings on the main arena and warm-up arenas have been changed and the water fence has been extended. There’s the last stage to be done- organization and logistic. A very important part of preparation is construction, exclusively for Championships, the cross country route for visitors allowing to watch horses negotiating the fences from close distance. We are expecting several  dozens thousands of visitors including more than a dozen of foreigners so the tickets sale will be open on 17 August 2016- said Marcin Konarski the President of Organizing Committee of FEI European Eventing Championships.
