The MN Horse Welfare Coalition has announced its 8th annual Equine Castration Clinic on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at the Scott County Fairgrounds in Jordan, MN. To participate in the clinic, horse and jack (male donkey) owners must be referred by a certified horse rescue, humane agent or their veterinarian based on an economic hardship.
