Colorado Horse Council to Host “The Heritage Ride” Fundraising Trail Ride

To Promote, Protect and Develop the Heritage of the Horse in the State of Colorado

Greenland Open Space, Douglas County, June 17, 2017: The Colorado Horse Council, a non-profit organization that monitors legislation and engages in lobbying for laws affecting the interests of horse owners in the state of Colorado, is holding their annual fundraiser, “The Heritage Ride” on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Greenland Open Space in Douglas County to aid in the efforts of Promoting, Protecting and Developing the heritage of the horse in our state. Greenland Open Space has an “easy gravel trail passing through rolling grasslands and level trails with no water crossings.” Riders, drivers and carriages are welcome! (The trailhead is accessed easiest by taking Exit 167 off I-25 between Larkspur and Monument.) Register online at www.ColoradoHorseCouncil.com (click on the Heritage Ride tab.)
