Belle Sand Named Reserve National Champion in Open Reining at IHSA National Championships
LEXINGTON, Ky. – Belle Sand (So., Spicer, Minn.) ended the Minnesota Crookston equestrian season by being named Reserve National Champion in Open Reining at the IHSA National Championships at Alltech Arena at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Ky.
Sand placed second out of 11 riders who competed in the NRHA/AQHA Individual Open Reining competition Sunday, May 7. Sand concluded an outstanding season for the Minnesota Crookston equestrian team.
