Wellington, Fla. – March 24, 2021 – The Moorcroft Conservation Foundation (MCF) is thrilled to announce the launch of its new website www.moorcroftconservationfoundation.org. Founded in November of 2020, the foundation is a non-profit organization that aims to bridge the gap between children and education of conservation issues by providing hands-on experiences and bringing funds to other organizations that also provide opportunities for kids to be involved on a local, national and global level.

“From the very beginning, our mission with the Moorcroft Conservation Foundation has been to introduce, inspire and support the awareness of conservation issues,” shared Charlie Moorcroft, Founder of Moorcroft Conservation Foundation. “I feel our new website is an extension of our mission, providing an online platform for people to connect with us, learn more about who we are and discover ways to get involved.”

The new website will act as a landing page for anyone interested in MCF and the work they do. Built by Phelps Media Group, the site features a modern style in a user-friendly format that translates seamlessly for mobile, tablet or desktop users. Upon entering, visitors are greeted with a clean outline of the website that highlights pages with the most important information.

“I am so excited to be part of this new foundation, and I think the launch of this website is a big step in right direction for us,” said MCF Board Member Louise Serio. “Charlie and Geoff are great leaders and they are now leading us in a new and better direction. I hope anyone that is interested in learning how we can all help endangered animals takes a look at MCF’s new website.”

On the “About” page, viewers can learn more about the mission of MCF, how to get involved and the various organizations the foundation has supported in its short time of existence, including The TurtleRoom, The Cloud Foundation and Refuge des Tortues.

The “Meet MCF” tab on the website is a place for people to meet Moorcroft and the other Board Members: Louise Serio and Holly Caristo. In addition, Moorcroft also showcases his 17 different species of animals that are all educational ambassadors for the foundation and part of his personal conservation efforts.

Holly Christo added, “It’s very exciting to be a part of such a caring and generous group of animal lovers. Although it has been a busy show season, the Board Members and greater horse community are all trying their best to keep pushing this wonderful foundation forward with initiatives like this website.”

Moorcroft answers the most frequently asked questions of the foundation on the “FAQs” page, and includes some helpful links where visitors can learn more about MCF on the “Links” page.
