This is Buffalo buffalo bill webBill.  We estimate his age to be between 15 and 18 years old.  He is trained to ride, and leadline safely.  We have used him for numerous kid’s parties and events.  He is friendly in the pasture, and easy to catch.  He does not stall well and fidgets when tied, but he is excellent for riding.buffalo bill allFor more information on Buffalo Bill, contact:

Rainbow Meadows

Lissa rainbow meadows sept 15Lissa, a 5-year-old Arabian mare, was one of nine horses seized in September 2014 in Coffey County, KS, due to extreme neglect. She and her foal, Kai, were brought to Rainbow Meadows for custodial care, where they were immediately started on a rehabilitation program to counter the effects of severe malnutrition. Lissa was severely emaciated upon arrival and still nursing Kai, but quickly began to gain once provided with adequate nutrition. The horses were signed over to Rainbow Meadows upon their previous owner’s conviction of animal cruelty, allowing them to be made available to adoption. Lissa is 14h2 and approximately 1000 pounds. She is ready to begin saddle training.

MN Hooved Animal Rescue

Ramona is sweet black mustang mare (originally from the Tower, Minn.,
humane case). Even though she participated in the 2013 Trainers’
Challenge, we consider her extremely green under saddle as she had only been backed a few times. She has had a lot of ground work and has
wonderful manners. She has been used as a companion horse for the past two years and has now been returned. She would love to find an adoptive home either as a companion horse (she is a very easy keeper and easy to have around) or with someone who will start up her training again. For more information on Ramona please email info@mnhoovedanimalrescue.org. To see a complete list of available horses please visit www.mnhoovedanimalrescue.org.
